An Arapaho woman died as the result of a single-vehicle crash Tuesday morning on State Highway 47 and N. 2310 Rd., 7 miles west of Thomas.
The Arapaho Public Works Authority in Custer County received approval for a $99,995 Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP) grant Tuesday through the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to improve the authority’s wastewater infrastructure.

Tyler Bridges was made known, the Clinton Public Schools Board of Education conducted its April meeting Monday with the naming of new officers, a report of fewer students, construction updates and more Kim Meacham was appointed board president. Susanna Williams is the new vice president and CaraLea Kreizenbeck is the new secretary.
