Raylan Jackson, 22, of Weatherford, has been arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license, unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of marijuana, and endangering others while attempting to elude police officers.

Of the 23 entries in the Broiler Market at the Custer County Fairgrounds as part of the Custer County Jr. Livestock Fair Monday, two students from the county won the top two awards.
