A lot was asked of Clinton soccer senior forward Cassidy Herrera for the 2021 season, not only was she returning from a torn ACL that she suffered in 2019, but also she had to become a leader for a program that graduated the greatest senior class in program history.
Across her four high school years, Clinton senior softball pitcher McKenna Lime participated in every season of high school softball, and she is the definition of a stalwart player.

A winning end to the regular season and through the early portion of the postseason has the Clinton baseball team (18-13 overall) in a good spot ahead of its regional opener against Kingfisher (22-11), at 1:30 p.m. today at Blanchard.
The Class 4A soccer state quarterfinals have been reached with relative ease in recent years for the Clinton soccer program, and Monday night at home, both teams advanced to the quarters with blowout wins yet again.
OKLAHOMA CITY – In their first year of varsity tennis, Clinton junior Blair Hunter and sophomore Kenzie Kauk qualified for the state tournament Monday at regionals at the OKC Tennis Center, going 3-2, in the No. 1 doubles bracket and earning fourth place.
Growth in playing chemistry, familiarity with starting spots and recent lineup changes have all contributed to the recent success of the Clinton tennis team and that sustained Thursday in home Route 66 Tournament.
WAUKOMIS – Thrown into a regional featuring two teams in the top-10 in Class A, the No. 18 Arapaho-Butler baseball team proved why it deserved to be there, reaching day two of the tourney and pushing No. 9 Tushka and No. 8 Pioneer-Pleasant Vale to the limit.
