PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — The Democratic primary to take on Republican Sen. Susan Collins of Maine was shaken up Wednesday by the decision of one candidate to drop out and join a different race with similarly high stakes.
Candidates for the Board of Education in Custer County school districts of Clinton, Arapaho-Butler, Thomas-Fay-Custer and Weatherford Schools will be able to file Declarations of Candidacy beginning 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1, at the Custer County Election Board Office.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — A 21-yearold man shot and killed three coworkers at a San Antonio, Texas, landscape supply company and then died after shooting himself, authorities said Sunday.
