The Clinton Public Schools Board of Education voted to authorize the school’s district attorney to initiate legal action against the Oklahoma State Board of Education during its regular meeting Monday.

The Glancy Motel property remains vacant with a murky future, but city officials are hopeful for a conclusion to the saga in the near future.
