SEATTLE (AP) — The Seattle City Council on Tuesday added caste to the city's anti-discrimination laws, becoming the first U.S. city to ban caste discrimination and the first in the world to pass such a law outside South Asia.

After 4 p.m. Wednesday the City of Clinton sent out an alert about a water main break affecting the east side of town. It was determined the break had happened at the Lucky Star Casino. City crews were attempting to get the leak stopped.
