Martez McNabb, 32, of Athens, Ala., and Benedict Ostine, 27, of Madison, Tenn., have been arrested on charges of aggravated trafficking in illegal drugs after an Oklahoma Highway Patrol traffic stop on Interstate 40 led to the discovery of more than 70 pounds of cocaine and other controlled dangerous substances.
