Nearly two months since the Clinton hospital’s closure due to AllianceHealth’s termination of the hospital’s Medicare provider number and other licensing, a new urgent care facility will soon be opening its doors to help service the community while the City and Carrus, the hospital’s new manager, work through the process of obtaining new licensing to open the Clinton Regional Hospital once again.

Andrew Ricks, 28, of Clinton, has been charged with first-degree burglary, malicious injury to property, trespassing and domestic abuse after Clinton Police responded to an incident on Feb. 10.
