CHS honor students take part in food drive

Clinton High School’s National Honor Society is currently conducting a food drive to help the Clinton Mission House open its food pantry to those in need once again.

Ronnie Darnell Lister, 58, of Clinton, has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after Clinton Police responded to an incident allegedly involving a man with a knife on April 21.

Custer County commissioners met Monday in their capacity as trustees of the Custer County Law Enforcement Trust where they discussed ongoing work at the Custer County Jail during a regular meeting of the Custer County Board of Commissioners.
