One year after becoming a Top 10 state for highway bridge conditions, Oklahoma has managed to keep the pace and run up the score – moving from No. 9 in the nation to No. 7 among states with the lowest percentages of structurally deficient bridges on the highway system in 2020.
Clinton Police Chief Paul Rinkel informed the Clinton City Council Tuesday evening of his decision to deny one parade request and approve another.

As fall approaches, so does the dry season for vegetation throughout this part of Oklahoma. The Clinton Fire Department is making preparations for brush and grass fires that occur this time of year.
Work began last week on the Redland Theater sign located on Frisco Avenue. The Gholston Trust recently donated money to help restore the sign.
