Rural Clinton resident Stacy Earl Thomas, 55, was found dead Thursday afternoon on the front porch of his parents’ house south of the Cherokee Boot Outlet, Sheriff Kenneth Tidwell said Friday.

He appeared to have died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, said the sheriff.

Funeral services will be held for Eunice Martha Eda Keil, 91, of Kansas and formerly of Clinton, at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Clinton.

She died Tuesday, May 21, 2019.

Lillian Fern (Johnson) Gardner, 81, died Tuesday, May 21, 2019.

She was born Dec. 1, 1937, to Morris and Anna (Feuers) Johnson in Copeland, Kan. She attended grade school and high school in Ingalls, Kan., and graduated in 1955.

Funeral services will be held for Shelly Del Cantu-Burleson, 35, former Washita County resident, at 10 a.m. today in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel.

She died Sunday, May 19, 2019, in Oklahoma City.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Frank “Jake” Shephard, 92, of Yuba City, Calif., and formerly of Arapaho, from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, June 9, at the Moose Lodge in Yuba City.

Shephard died Friday, April 26, 2019, in Reno, Nev.

Funeral services will be held for Carolyn Javorsky, 77, at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Corn Mennonite Brethren Church in Corn.

She died Saturday, May 18, 2019.

Javorsky was born July 21, 1941, the second of identical twins born to John W. and Pauline Gossen, in Cordell.

A chapel service will be held for Gwendoline Marie Davis, 52, of Clinton at 10 a.m. today in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel.

She died Monday, May 20, 2019, in Clinton.

Funeral services will be held for long-time Custer County resident Goldie Kenney, 105, at 2 p.m. today in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel. Kenney died Friday, May 17, 2019, at Angel-wood

Funeral services for Ruby Jewell Sawatzky, 81, of Clinton will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Assembly of God Church in Arapaho.

She died Wednesday, May 15, 2019, in Elk City.
