Funeral services for Floyd August Dalke, 91-year-old Oklahoma City resident, will be held Friday, March 18, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in The Chapel of R.L. Lockstone Funeral Home in Weatherford with Calvin Fadenrecht officiating. Burial will follow in the Corn Mennonite Brethren Cemetery in Corn under the direction of R.L. Lockstone Funeral Home of Weatherford.

Funeral services are pending for Ronald Joseph “Joe” Jefferson, 69, of Clinton.

Funeral services for Roy Sawatzky, 80, of Bessie, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Free Will Baptist Church.

Funeral services for Reggie Bearshield, 50, of Clinton, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Clinton Indian Baptist Church.

Deven Renee Johnson

Deven Renee Johnson died March 4, 2022, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. A wake was held Wednesday (March 9) and her funeral on Thursday (March 10). Both services were at the Concho Emergency Response Center with Rev. Gerald Panana officiating. Burial was in the Concho Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Graveside services for Jessie Ann Elder, 71, of Lubbock, Texas, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Prairie Bell Cemetery located six miles west and a half mile north of Putnam.

Cenovio A. Flores

A Mass of Christian Burial for Cenovio A. “YoYo” Flores, 61, Clinton resident will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 11, 2022, in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, officiated by Father Balawamy Mandagiri. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Jesse Fishinghawk Jr., 63, of Clinton, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Kiesau Memorial Chapel.

Lawrence Homer Hart

Lawrence Homer Hart, . He’amavehonevestse (Sky Chief) was born at home on the banks of Quartermaster Creek north of Hammon to Jennie Howling Water and Homer Hart on February 24, 1933. He was delivered by his grandmother Corn Stalk— Anna Reynolds—who was a midwife and delivered numerous Cheyenne babies. His grandfather John Peak Heart (later John P. Hart) was a Cheyenne Sundance Priest, Native American Church leader and Cheyenne Chief. Lawrence had two older brothers Alvin and Sam, three older sisters Lucy, Lenore, and Kris who preceded him in death. He has one younger sister Ramona who resides in Weatherford.

Funeral services for Raymond L. “Red” Stonecalf Jr., 74, of Clinton, will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Emergency Response Center (Indian Community Building).
