BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Idaho mother Lori Vallow Daybell has been sentenced to life in prison without parole Monday in the murders of her two youngest children and a romantic rival in a case that included bizarre claims that her son and daughter were zombies and that she was a goddess sent to usher in the Biblical apocalypse.

(AP) — The Oklahoma House voted Monday to override Gov. Kevin Stitt's veto of a bill that extends agreements on selling tobacco for another year. In a bipartisan vote during a special session, the Republican- controlled House met the two-thirds vote needed to override. The Senate overrode the governor's veto last week.

Another court decision in favor of the Clinton Hospital Authority was made Wednesday in district court which denied Clinton HMA, LLC’s (AllianceHealth Clinton) motion for a partial summary judgement on its claims that the termination of the Clinton Regional Hospital license was part of federal regulation once again allowing the City’s claim that Alliance and its governing body tortuously terminated the Clinton Regional Hospital’s Medicare provider number and operating license to move forward.
