As the clock continues to tick after the closing of Clinton Regional Hospital, a new court ruling in the Clinton HMA (Alliance-Health) versus the Clinton Hospital Authority case has ruled in favor of the authority and the City of Clinton in multiple counterclaims filed against CHS allowing the City to file its claims against AllianceHealth and its controlling entities.
