Burst pipe floods CHS complex

Water damage estimated to be thousands of dollars was incurred Wednesday evening when a fire suppression pipe burst at Clinton High School.

The Step Up transitional living program is hosting a “moonlight in Monte Carlo” themed charity fundraiser March 11 from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. The event will take place at Sorelle – The Meadow on Deer Creek, 9320 N. 2370 Rd., Thomas.

Mission handling winter weather

The winter months are the busiest of the year at Clinton’s Mission House. Director Twyla Williams said she is always trying to provide anyone in need with food and shelter.
