Dashya Grimes, 18, of Clinton, has been charged with domestic assault and battery by strangulation after an incident on Dec. 18 in which Grimes allegedly believed a juvenile victim was possessed by a demon.

The official start of the Exit 65 interchange project is less than a year away but City officials say there is still a long ways to go before the Oklahoma Department of Transportation can officially open the project for bid letting next November as the City races the clock to complete utility line relocation before the project risks delay.

Heart to Heart clinic back open

The Heart to Heart pregnancy clinic at 123 S. 10th St. is officially back up and running, ready to serve the Clinton community after its building had been damaged by severe winds in 2021.
