PSO improvements

A crew from Imperium Utility Services traveled around Clinton Tuesday and Wednesday to install intellirupters into PSO’s powerlines. The intellirupters will lower outage times in the future. Clinton’s ordinance requiring citizens to wear masks in most public places has been extended to April 30, 2021.

Clinton Public Schools Supt. Tyler Bridges sent out a notice to parents about a recall for the school’s milk supplier.

Progress continues

City Parks & Recreation employee Jerome Hurd and Public Work Director Leonard Jackson were busy again this week shredding fallen tree limbs from last October’s ice storm. CDN

A small gathering, made up mostly of elected officials from across the state, met Tuesday at the Frisco Center to discuss the state senate redistricting process that is required every 10 years to coincide with the updated U.S. Census.
