Clinton’s Eastside Academy is continuing to provide free tutoring and academic-focused activities through its after- school program open for all Clinton students grades Pre-K through sixth. Founded in 2003 by the late Lillian Collins, the academy continues to provide students with a safe space to learn.
The Clinton City Council authorized City Manager Robert Johnston to begin preparing a request for proposals for solid waste disposal services after the City’s current solid waste disposal service, Republic, notified the City it would not be extending its current lease once it ends in July.
