(AP) — Jury selection got underway Monday in the trial of a man whose teenage son is accused of killing two students and two teachers at a Georgia high school in September 2024.
The Oklahoma Senate Agriculture and Wildlife Committee approved Senate Bill 2108 Monday. The bill, authored by Sen. Dusty Deevers, R-Elgin, would repeal burdensome licensing requirements related to the hunting of feral hogs, streamlining and simplifying the process.

Oklahoma FFA member PiperRilee Sawatzky is doing all of that and simultaneously running a successful online clothing store, which doubles as her SAE (Supervised Agricultural Experience) project. She ships products nationwide, with a total of more than 14,000 sales.
Clinton Public Schools held its monthly meeting of its Board of Education Monday evening, with talks of achievements in the district and on leftover funding from the Clinton Middle School construction project, as well as action in appointing Luzella Williams as the new board member representing Ward 3 for the school district.
