Members of the community began lining up Tuesday at the Mission House to get boxes of fresh fruit and produce that was delivered earlier in the day.

Another update has been announced in the continuing lawsuit between the City of Clinton and Community Health Systems, Inc. (CHS), the parent company of AlianceHealth Clinton, the original lease holder before the hospital doors were shuttered midnight Dec. 31, 2022.

Clinton Police Officer Paul Daniels looks over the damage to a Ford Explorer after a Monday crash at about 4 p.m. Friday at 13th Street and Gary Boulevard. According to Police Sgt. Dillon Mach, the Explorer was travelling westbound when it ran a red light and hit a Volkswagen that was travelling northbound. No citations were issued and there were no injuries.
