CHS students gain practical skills through internships

The Career Pathways Internship Program has been available to students at Clinton High School since 2019.

It allows students in their junior and senior years of high school to be an intern at different organizations in town to see what the business atmosphere is like.

The Oklahoma State Department of Health announced the state’s infant mortality rate (IMR) has decreased by more than 18 percent since beginning a statewide infant mortality reduction program in 2007. The IMR was 8.2 in 2005-2007, dropping to 6.7 in 2018-2020.
