The Clinton Hospital Authority and 3rd Avenue West have agreed to reach a settlement in a civil lawsuit in regard to breach of contract and other claims. As of press time, the Clinton Daily News has not been able to reach the authority or Attorney Richard Mullins for comment as to the details.
Assistant District Attorney Ricky McPhearson made an appearance at Monday’s meeting of the Custer County commissioners to discuss and dispel some concerns surrounding a new contract with David Roberts Consulting Company, which has been used and will continue to be used for transport in Custer County.
As of noon Monday, two candidates have officially filed for candidacy in the run for school board for Clinton and Arapaho-Butler schools.
