It’s an interesting, challenged-filled time to make the transition from eight-man football to 11-man, but that’s the task ahead for the Burns Flat-Dill City Eagles and sixth-year head coach Jacob Schneberger.

WEATHERFORD – The Clinton baseball team (7-2 overall) went right back to work after its toughest outing of the season Thursday at the Weatherford Tournament, winning three straight games across Friday and Saturday to wrap up another winning week.

Reds lose game one of tourney

WEATHERFORD – The Clinton baseball team (4-2 overall, as of Friday morning) lost its first game with a nearly full starting roster, dropping a 7-2 decision to I-40 rival Elk City on opening day of the Weatherford Tournament Thursday morning.
