A new form of entertainment has made its way to Clinton in the form of Top Shot, a simulated 2 HD gaming experience using a large projector screen, motion sensor cameras and real objects one would typically use to play these games with over 30 games to choose from.

Moore inducted into Hall of Fame

George Moore, Butler resident and Clinton native, was inducted into the Oklahoma Conservation Hall of Fame Feb. 27 for his work on the Oklahoma Conservation Commission maintaining 2,107 flood control dams, advancing the Oklahoma Operation and Maintenance Program to a nationally recognized program and making the small watershed program a success. Johnny Pelley was also inducted into the hall of fame that night as well.

Southwest Elementary student Bryson Garcia was awarded a golden ticket for reading. Winners are chosen at random when they check out a library book and complete it, and when they are chosen they get a golden ticket and a prize.

The Clinton Regional Urgent Care Clinic will officially begin seeing patients at 7 a.m. Monday in Suite 6 of the Medical Building at 100 N. 30th St. in Clinton. The clinic will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with walk-ins welcome.
