Tim Binghom, Jerry Lynn Dean and Joe Don Dickey have pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of a public official neglecting duty and open meetings act violations. The Custer County charges and the men’s pleas were posted to On Demand Court Records Monday though their alleged violations are still unknown at this time.
