Custer County now apparently has no active cases of COVID-19, according to information tracked by the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
Arapaho-Butler High School 2020 seniors created the “Seniors Helping Seniors” program to generate some positivity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Seven A-B seniors wrote letters to residents of Grace Living Center, Clinton Living Center and Angelwood Assisted Living. In the letter, they included a picture of themselves and a stuffed animal. Tack Sappington, left, and Kyle Scott delivered the letters to Angelwood. Zach Carlisle, Amy Jo Shepherd, Brittney Cannaley, Chaley Shepherd and Jace Edelen also participated.
An Elk City man is in stable condition following a motorcycle accident in Beckham County around 11 p.m. Tuesday.
