Gov. Kevin Stitt has lifted restrictions on social gatherings effective May 1, giving churches the green light to resume holding regular worship services. However, Clinton churches appear to be moving cautiously as they inch toward getting back to “normal.” Recommended social distancing guidelines will continue to be observed, and conditions will be reevaluated regularly.

This week AllianceHealth Clinton has resumed performing elective procedures for patients who have had to delay surgery or other nonemergency procedures since COVID-19 restrictions were put in place last month. The hospital is following Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt’s Executive Order allowing some elective surgeries and procedures in hospitals with a low or no-COVID-19 census.
