Arapaho-Butler Schools plans to enjoy this month’s autumn festivities with the return of its annual carnival, set from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24.

(AP) — A new round of layoffs at the Education Department is depleting an agency that was hit hard in the Trump administration’s previous mass firings, threatening new disruption to the nation’s students and schools in areas from special education to civil rights enforcement and afterschool programs.

With the fall season bringing back the homecoming spirit, Clinton Public Schools announces its homecoming theme as “Hometown Clinton” this year, as well as details for the homecoming dance, and a decision to make a change in how the process for the Homecoming King and Queen vote will work from here on out.
