An annual homecoming tradition is just around the corner, as Clinton’s Junior Service League is gearing up to hold its annual Spaghetti Day set for Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for lunch and 4:30 to 7 p.m. for dinner at the Frisco Center, located at 101 S. 4th. St.

DALLAS (AP) — A man charged with killing 22 women in the Dallas area is set to be tried in the death of one of them after being convicted of capital murder in the death of another earlier this year.

Emergency personnel from Clinton and Arapaho were on the scene of a possible fatality accident around 3 p.m.

Clinton leaders met with representatives from Bluepeak Thursday after the company’s project to install fiber optic internet cables led to a slew of line breaks across the city. Delays in the company’s project along with a lack of information has led to frustration that the City is hopeful will now be resolved.
