Baxter seeks spot on WTC board

From beginning as a student to elevating to a long career with Western Technology Center, now Dennis Baxter is seeking to win a spot on its school board.

The Clinton City Council Tuesday at its regular scheduled meeting unanimously approved changing the city code to allow medical marijuana processing facilities inside the city limits.
