If you worry that you or someone you love will get heart disease or even have a heart attack, it’s understandable. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in the U.S., according to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI).

Students learn political process

Arapaho-Butler Elementary School principal Brad Southall said the school is trying something new this year for its annual pancake supper fundraiser. In addition to the pancake supper, which will be open from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25 in the A-B Elementary cafeteria, a “Parents’ Night” will also be held from 6-7:30 p.m.
