Xiao Chen, 37, of Flushing, NY., has been charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated manufacturing of controlled dangerous substances according to an affidavit filed Jan. 13 by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics after over 900 pounds of processed marijuana was found during a search warrant execution in Butler.

As Clinton continues to work toward obtaining the necessary licensing to get the Clinton Hospital open once again, the City will soon have to answer the question of whether or not Hospital Trust funds previously locked away from use should be used now to help fund hospital operations through a special election on March 7.
