Just over a week since the emergency provision of Ordinance 1026 which established a new section of Clinton City Code defining vagrancy and loitering within City limits was passed to address ongoing issues across town, City Manager Robert Johnston says it is still unclear what the next steps in addressing Clinton’s transient issue may be.
The annual All Women’s Guild Salad Supper is set to be held at 6 p.m. Monday in St. Joseph’s Hall at St. Mary’s Church, located at 1218 Knox Ave. and organizers said women from all area churches are welcome to attend.
