As time ticks closer to the opening date of the Clinton Regional Hospital, the Clinton Hospital Authority continues to work through a laundry list of items that need to be accomplished before Oct. 30, and item one of Wednesday’s agenda for the authority was appointing a new hospital chief executive officer.
