Fire hydrants across Clinton are getting a bit of a facelift as the Clinton Fire Department conducts its annual flow test across the City with each hydrant being painted a corresponding color to represent the gallons per minute it produces. All 618 fire hydrants within the City of Clinton will be tested and inspected in the coming weeks to allow the department to document the capabilities and state of each hydrant.
