According to Clinton Police Chief Paul Rinkel, Clinton police and the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation were called to a home near 15th and Dunn Saturday evening where an eight year old boy had been fatally shot. While it is being treated as a homicide, it may have been the result of a gun accident.
