CHS baseball goes 1-2 in tourney

WOODWARD - All three games in the Woodward Tournament gave plenty of reps to Clinton’s pitching rotation and helped it work through some learning points on the way to a 1-2 bracket record.

With the news of longtime SWOSU Athletic Director Todd Thurman stepping down, the university chose someone who, “bleeds Bulldog blue” to lead as interim AD, selecting SWOSU grad, former athlete and current Associate AD Todd Helton.

The Clinton baseball team (8-2-1 overall) defeated the Woodward Travelers in walk-off fashion Thursday morning, 14-13.
