To cap off the thirdstraight state title for the Clinton High School boys’ soccer program, while leading the team to a 17-1 record, Reds’ Coach Eugene Jefferson was recently named the OSSAA Boys Soccer Coach of the Year.
The Arapaho-Butler Indians’ rally fell just a tad shy against the Hydro-Eakly Bobcats baseball team to bring their season to a close in a 11-8 defeat on the diamond Friday in Arapaho.
The Arapaho-Butler Lady Indians were crowned fastpitch softball district champions as they dispatched the Cordell Lady Blue Devils, 16-0 and 24-1 in the district series Thursday night at Arapaho.
The Arapaho-Butler Indians improved their record to 15-9 with a 10-7 win on the diamond over the Granite Panthers Monday in their final tune-up game before district play begins Thursday.
