(AP) — President Donald Trump has strong-armed many of America’s biggest trading partners into pledging trillions of dollars of investment in the United States. But a study out Tuesday raises doubts about whether the money will actually materialize and questions how it would be spent if it did.

It’s open for debate depending upon certain drifts, but the National Weather Service reports that between 6 and 8 inches of snow fell over Clinton this past weekend, with most of the City of Clinton’s operations as well as Clinton Public Schools closed Monday in reaction to the weather. Clinton Daily News also received word from Dist. 3 Commissioner Lyle Miller that the Custer County Courthouse closed Monday due to the weather.
