Anthony Moore, an attorney based in Clinton, announced his candidacy Thursday night for the Oklahoma Legislature in next year’s elections.

Besides $27,500 to upgrade air handling in the County Jail, Custer County commissioners also spent $5,000 Monday to renew Custer’s membership in an organization that could save the lives of some of its emergency responders some day.
