During Tuesday’s city council meeting, members went into executive session to discuss the purchase of real estate. After reconvening, council members took no action at this time. Many agenda items were approved and updates were given on several projects from the public works authority.
A preliminary hearing is set for Friday for Clinton resident Rheea Marie Roque, 32, for a pattern of criminal offenses after former conviction of two or more felonies, obtaining property under false pretenses after former conviction of two or more felonies and knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property after former conviction of two or more felonies.
