Hurd enjoying recent career change

Jerome Hurd recently had a career change in his life. Around a month ago, Hurd accepted a call to work at Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home after working at Acme Brick Park taking care of the fields there.

The Oklahoma Western Heifer Show is this weekend at the Custer County Fairgrounds in Clinton. Co-show organizer Jeff Hunter said this event is a livestock show for junior exhibitors, and it is open to anyone in Oklahoma and surrounding states.
