The Clinton Hospital Authority voted to approve “business terms” with Carrus Health to operate Clinton’s cityowned hospital in a special meeting Tuesday. Carrus Health, the self-proclaimed “second choice” for the City’s hospital operations, is an independent company headquartered in Sherman, Texas, with hospitals throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
