High winds, wildfires to the east and plain old western Oklahoma red dirt all combined Tuesday for a murky horizon. It didn’t clear up much better for the Clinton High School baseball team in its second meeting with Weatherford at the CHS Ballpark.
The Arapaho-Butler High School baseball team improved its record to 10-5 with a five-inning run-rule win over Hammon Tuesday at home. The Indians won 14-6 behind the pitching of Blake Hunter and hitting of Rylan Moore and Decker Davis.
Clinton freshmen and high school track competitors entered a meet Friday at Elgin and came away with decent times in the process.
