Our beloved grandpa, father, and husband, Raymond “Rick” E. White, passed away with his wife, daughter, and son-in-law by his side on October 6th, 2020 at the age of 73. Rick is survived and will be dearly missed by his wife Caroline Plummer, daughter Jamie White Ortega, grandson Sammy, son-in-law Tony Ortega, nephews Tony Schapansky, Billy Plummer, George Plummer Jr., Tommy Yelloweagle and sons, great nephew Chazz Schapansky and wife Isabel Schapansky, and great niece Chloee Thomas and husband Ameer Thomas.
Charline Emma Mattlage Carter, 95, was born to Charles and Emma Rowen on December 20, 1924 in Elk City, OK and passed away on Sunday October 11, 2020 at the Plainview Healthcare Center in Plainview, Texas.
