Chapel services for Waymon D. Kelly, 60, of Arapaho, will be conducted at 10 a.m. today at the Kiesau Memorial Chapel under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

He was born June 25, 1960, in Clinton, and died June 11, 2021, in his home at Arapaho.
