Toni Terisa Hummel Munday died Thursday, June 27, 2019.

She was born Oct. 22, 1959, to Robert Eugene and Barbara Jean (Smith) Hummel in El Dorado, Kan., where she attended school.

She graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford with an associate degree in applied science as an occupational therapy assistant in 1997.

Munday lived in Oklahoma City and worked as a certified occupational therapy assistant, with the majority of her professional work at Manor Care in Oklahoma City. She was an employee of Emerald Care MWC (formerly Manor Care) at the time of her death.

She also worked for several home health agencies over the years and was committed to her residents and clients.

She loved traveling and visited numerous countries around the world. She and her sister enjoyed several trips to Paris, France, together.

Munday was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law, Michael Reid.

Survivors include a sister, Sherry Reid-Richardson and husband Justin Richardson of Clinton; a nephew, Joshua Classen and wife Tiffany; two great-nephews, Charles and Conner of Houston Texas; a niece, Jessica and husband Adam Yohn; a great-niece, Harley; two great-nephews, Ayden and Jaxon of Panama City Beach, Fla.; and her best friends, Rhoda Waller of Oklahoma City and Jennifer Nelson of Portland, Ore.

The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to the Friends for Life animal shelter.
