Graveside services for Richard “Rick” Samuelson, 84, of Chester, will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday Dec. 3, at North Platte Cemetery, in North Platte, Neb.

He was born Sept. 25, 1936, in North Platte, Neb. and died Nov. 24, 2020 in Clinton.
