Patsy Jean (Wilkins) Moseley was born on January 17, 1933 to Charles Vestal and Georgia Lou Wilkins. She passed from this life on March 26, 2020 at the age of 87.

She spent a few years in California but predominantly grew up in Elk City, Oklahoma. Patsy attended and graduated from Elk City High School.

On July 31, 1949 she married LeRoy Moseley and to this union of 70 years five children were born, Ronny, Janet, Dwayne, Jeannie and Amanda. After marriage she lived in Elk City until 1962 and the family then moved to the farm near Leedey, OK where she had resided since.

Patsy was a homemaker and helped her husband manage the farm. She enjoyed cooking, canning, and raising her five children. She especially enjoyed shopping and watching her kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren play sports over a span of six decades. In recent years she enjoyed watching romantic movies, OU football and the Oklahoma City Thunder.

She was saved and baptized at an early age. She raised her family in church and instilled strong Christian values.

During that time, they were members at First Assembly of God Church in Leedey where she was the church secretary for many years. Currently she was a member of the First Assembly of God in Elk City, OK.

Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Georgia Wilkins, two sisters, Reverend Bobbie Wilkin Cavalaro and Betty Nutley, a brother, Dr. Harold Dean Wilkins, and a great-grandson, Zebadiah Montgomery.

She is survived by her husband of the home, LeRoy Moseley; children Ronny Moseley and wife Marilyn of Hammon, OK, and their children Ronna, Shanda, and Devin Moseley, Janet Briggs and husband Lyn of Taloga, OK, and their children, Rothy, Caleb and Chandler Briggs, Dwayne Moseley and Tina of Mustang, OK, and children Kaci, Dylan, Taylor, Brooklyn, Kylar and Talleigh Moseley, Jeanna Candelaria of Mustang, OK, and children Lauren and Jennifer Candelaria and Amanda Hill and husband Michael of Leedey, OK, and their children Nathan, Lucas and Aaron Hill; sister-in-law, Glenda Wilkins; brother-in-law N.C. Moseley; nine great-grandchildren; an aunt, Jean Cain Miller, an uncle, Noble Coy, many nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of friends.

Private family services were held Tuesday March 31, 2020 at 3:00 pm at the Harvest Fellowship Church in Leedey, OK, with burial following at Shiloh Cemetery in Custer County, OK. Condolences may be made to the family at shawfuneralhome.net, Shaw Funeral Home of Leedey.
