Funeral services for Oveda Touchstone, 90, of Arapaho will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel. She was born Sept. 6, 1932 in Butler. She died Dec. 21, 2022 in the Homestead of Elk City.
